btw - those pictures are for the Pork BBQ I made with Corn Biryani. I dont have the recipe for the Corn Biryani - but here is my very own Pork BBQ Recipe
Spice Rub
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 tbs Salt ( Kosher Salt if you have it)
2 tbs Paprika ( I prefer smoked sweet paprika)
1 tbs Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder
Apply Spice Rub to pork ribs, pre-heat oven to 325 degrees place in a sealed container ( I use aluminum pan covered with aluminum foil tighly sealed ) and bake for 2 to 3 hours depending on how tender you prefer your ribs to be.
You can eat the ribs straight from the oven but Its best to put BBQ sauce on the ribs and grill the ribs. Wait until the sauce caramelizes.
